We respect your privacy. Any information submitted through this platform is used solely for event coordination, vendor/sponsor communication, and attendee management. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties. Contact information is retained only for the duration of the event cycle.

Vendors participating in the expo agree to comply with all venue policies, maintain their assigned booth space, and conduct business in a professional manner. Booth fees are non-refundable within 14 days of the event. The organizer reserves the right to approve or deny vendor applications at their discretion.

Sponsor benefits are delivered as described in the selected package tier. All branding materials must be submitted at least 7 days before the event. Sponsor fees are non-refundable once branding materials have been produced.

The 718 Expo Hub and its organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during the event. Attendees, vendors, and sponsors participate at their own risk. The venue carries its own insurance and liability coverage.
